A little girl who saw too much, reported to be dead and hidden from the world. Murdered by a cruel man and his minions making her doomed to walk the Earth until all was well.

She walks the hall of the New Kingdom Hospital now, ringing her bell signaling a death that has happened or is to be. There is one last chance to keep the bell from ringing for when she does it again it will be for many.

Seeing Mary

The Dead:
Mary would be able to tell if they are dead like her even if they are a living, breathing form inside the Bar. She won't ring her bell to them but they would be able to hear it when she moves. These pups would also see her as a solid image being able to interact with her like she were a real person.

Those that can sense/interact with the other side:
Pups who have special abilities listed above will see Mary either as a solid or as a see-through image depending on how much they focus their abilities. Sometimes they will be able to touch her or feel her being by. These pups may also be able to pick up things about her past and death. Please ping the mun if they would like to.

Those who have cheated death:
Pups who have cheated death will see Mary as see-through image. She can willingly allow them to touch her if she wanted to though it will drain her a little on energy. Mary will know that something is..off with them. Like they are missing something but not like the dead.

Those who have been traumatized by death:
Sometimes people who aren't able to interact with the other side or have cheated death can be scared into seeing things (ala Frighteners here). These pups who have been will be able to see Mary as a see-through image, much like someone who has cheated death. Her reaction for seeing/interacting with her are much the same.

The Normal Folk:
People can react to Mary in an assortment of ways. They may hear her crying or speaking in an almost echo effect. If she walks by or they walk through her they will feel a cold spot (colder to the source of where she is) in various degrees. Or even they may catch a glimpse of her walking by if they want to. Be creative! Mary just may react to them..

Items of interest

Bell- When Mary walks the bell she wears makes no sound. Only those that are dead can hear it unless she rings it. However, when Mary rings this bell someone has died or is about to. She tries her best not to ring the bell but there are times when it must be done.

Scars- Mary has two scars upon her forehead above her brows. Medical pups will know that these scars are common to someone who has had lobotomy treatements. Others may know if they are familiar with the history, but Mary may not tell them the full story unless she fells she can trust them.

Dolly- A constant companion and a sign that Mary is about would be the doll she carries. Pups who find the doll about will have a stronger connection to the child, being more likely to hear/see her. If they were to look closer they would find old newspaper articles form 1869 about the Gates Mills Fire and the children that are missing. Unless they know her name said pups would not be able to associate her with a name on the list of seven.
